to learn the history of your system, the nature of any problems and evaluate a course of action. Service calls are billed out separately
at our low standard rate.

Unified Costs and Reporting
At the end of each month, the technician(s) that worked at your site will write a full report outlining what has been
done over the previous time period. A copy of this report will be sent to you and one will be kept in our files for future reference.
Your flat rate monthly fees will not vary from month to month, simplifying payments and minimizing your budgetary concerns. Any
service calls will be consolidated on this bill, reducing your paperwork.
Initial Analysis and Reporting
To fully customize a maintenance package for your business, we will perform an initial analysis of your network and provide
you with a detailed report. We will also assist you in deciding what is best for your individual business' needs.
