We will endeavor to provide you with as much warning as possible for any price increases near the end of your contract.

website, mailing list, or in person.
Busix solutions may be counted upon for scalability, reliability and economy. Because of the rapid pace of information technology,
we will do our best to provide you with a solution that will be with you for as long as possible.
We endeavor to protect your data while we are working on your systems. You can rest assured knowing that your files are safe.
There is no travel time cost for any Great Victoria location, however, there is a 1hr minimum labour charge, as per industry standard.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute any information that you
share with us, including
electronic data communicated as a result of your visit to our website. We will treat this information as entirely confidential
to further our service to you. In the case where we may wish to include work done on your behalf in our portfolio or promotional
materials, you may sign a disclosure notice allowing such, or provide a testimonial in your own words.
We stand behind our products. If a part is found to be defective, we will replace it as soon as possible with a new one.
If something falls under a warranty provided by the manufacturer that must be acted upon by the end user, we will assist you in
whatever way, inside the guidelines of the manufacturer's terms, to achieve the best available resolution.

Payments are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Terms may be negotiated with a consultant should the need arise.
We accept returns on all merchandise that we sell within 30
calendar days except for special cases which may include, but are not limited to, clearance sales, refurbished items, and opened software.
