{"id":3347,"date":"2026-01-12T16:24:15","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T00:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/busix.com\/docs\/?p=3347"},"modified":"2026-01-12T16:24:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T00:24:16","slug":"reset-onedrive-to-resolve-sync-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/busix.com\/docs\/reset-onedrive-to-resolve-sync-issues\/","title":{"rendered":"Reset OneDrive to resolve sync issues"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If files are missing in your OneDrive folder, or you see the small brown\/beige archive box icon overlay on your file icons, and OneDrive is definitely running, and closing\/re-opening it doesn&#8217;t help, you may need to reset OneDrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Check that you&#8217;re signed into OneDrive using the appropriate account first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quick method:<\/strong> (refresh, 5-10 mins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start > Run > wsreset.exe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A blank Command Prompt window may flash by, and the Microsoft Store app may open.
