We offer prompt on-site service where you need it and when you need it. Call us at any time of the day and our expert staff
will have your problems solved quickly and efficiently. Individual service calls are billed with only a 1 hr minimum.
Weekend calls and weekdays after 5pm are charged at the after hours rate. Emergency service the same day, or outside "working hours" is a 3hr minimum, when not currently subscribed to a Maintenance Package.

over the phone to complete the process. The software is a customized version of UltraVNC, distributed freely under the GNU GPL.
